"This spring I injured my left ankle. Some suggested I go to Urgent Care, where I'm sure my wait time would have been at least an hour and they would have taken x-rays and put me in a boot of some sort to lessen my mobility. Being a Massage Therapist for over 20 years, I knew to start with massage first. I contacted Kim, still a student, but she had just completed a semester in injury. We had 3 sessions, she instructed me to gently move my ankle (small rotations without causing pain), use ice and light compression and elevate for swelling. Each session she worked with me for a little over an hour, by the 2nd session I was practically pain free and walking on my own! The 3rd session my range of motion had returned, and I left her pain free! Kim saved me from an inconvenient doctor's visit and about 6 weeks of wearing a boot without mobility. The power of massage is amazing, thank you Kim...job well done!"
