PRACTICE PHILOSOPHY

My goal and passion as a professional licensed massage therapist is to promote health and well being through massage therapy. I strongly believe in the power of massage and the benefits it offers, not only as a massage therapist but also as a client.

About 10 years ago I was introduced to massage, I was so impressed with the outcome I decided it was time for me to take charge of my pain. Since then, my scoliosis is managed with regular massage along with the 3 herniated discs in my neck, and I've had 2 shoulder injuries healed through massage therapy.

I understand pain and I want to help others who may be experiencing the defeat pain inflicts upon our lives.
